Why should I work with you? We pride ourselves with being an agency of integrity with No BS. We provide personal attention and industry know-how. We work with YOU to meet your business goals.


Who will I be working with? We are a small boutique agency. We limit the number of clients we work with so every client receives personal service. You will be working directly with, and communicating with, our Lead Strategist.


What are the qualifications of McKenzie Anderson Marketing? Our team members have various levels of experience in their area of expertise. All work is peer reviewed for quality assurance. All team members participate in ongoing trainings and updates from experts in the field of Social Media. This ensures we stay on the cutting edge of social marketing.


Why don't you promise a specific ROAS? We know that business is different for everyone. We don't use a cookie-cutter approach with our services. We don't promise one-size fits all results. And, we certainly won't post high ROAS giving the impression that everyone can achieve these numbers. Remember, we are a No BS agency and we don't play games. Once your funnel is dialed-in, you WILL see results and increase in ROAS.


How much should I plan to spend for ad spend? We don't believe there is a perfect number for ad spend as each business is at a different stage. Start-ups, established businesses, and businesses looking to scale would require different ad spend. With that said, industry standards indicate that 10%-20% of your gross revenue should be spent on advertising. We will work with you to review your goals, your current situation, and determine a best strategy for your advertising, including recommended ad spend.


Do you only run ads for Facebook™️and Instagram™️? In short, yes. However, we are very aware of the changes taking place with social media advertising. We are looking to include additional platforms in the near future.


Is there a CATCH when you run Promos? There is no catch. We are a No BS agency. We don't play games to get leads.


Do you raise the prices for clients who claim your Promos? No. Most of our prices are listed on our website. We will deduct the Promo Offer from the cost of our services.


Why do you offer Promos? We know most Business Owners don't have the time or the know how to run ads and keep up with the changes. We also know that social advertising works. We want to give small businesses the opportunity to succeed.
